We are a union contractor, and a California State Certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE). We also own our own equipment. Our fleet of heavy equipment is first-rate, we own a number of scrapers, blades, loaders, etc. We have our own service truck and mechanic on duty to minimize the amount of downtime experienced on our projects. We employ only experienced foremen, grade checkers, and operators; some with over 30 years of experience with Basin. Providing our own foremen and experienced operators enables us to provide optimum coordination through effective communication and cooperation. It is this efficiency which enables us to bring projects on-line in the shortest time frame possible, within budget and with the least number of setbacks.
